Highlighting Duplicate Date Using Two Cells

Hello,

Not sure if this needs to be in the VBA section or if it can just be setup via 'Rules'.
I have a tracker that lists numerous devices. The tracker has two columnns of interest, Column A: "Device" and Column B: "IP".
I cannot upload the actual tracker but for the purpose of trying to explain this better I have an example.


A normal Rule will look at each column individually and highlight duplicate cells in that column. What I want to do is highlight the duplicate based on both columns together, kinda like forcing Excel to look at both columns together.

I have attached the example sheet to try and make this garble a little easier to understand.
