Excel file(xlsx or xlsm) auto upload on SharePoint link

Hi,

Is it possible to upload a file to a SharePoint link without mapping it to a drive? I have the followign macro, updated thanks to sintek:

that does something and then, it saves the file as a xlsx file to the same folder as per template(I use it for xlsx file as well). Can this code be updated to save it automatically on a link?
Sharepoint link looks like below, blablabla representing folders.
