Macro to insert 3 rows after the last item in each row

I have tried to write code to insert 3 blank rows after each item in Col A, but it inserts 3 rows at the 1st rows

It would be appreciated if someone could kindly assist me

My two cents...some variation of the below...but maybe not quite that because I'm a vba noob. Only making that suggestion because i think it's working on my end. So similar, but different maybe? This is what boredom looks like. Good Luck.

You code went into a loop as it is trying to insert rows in over a million blank cells. The code supplied by Nilem & Jolivanes is working perfectly
