Macro to paste into already open workbook

I have the following macro that works fine if the destination workbook is closed, how can I modify it because the destination workbook as it will always be open and if it is I currently I get the message workbook already open.

Thanks for the reply, I tried your suggestion but still get the runtime error 9, the workbook is open on another computer on the drive and written to from another location hence the file path, that's why I need to have it write to an open workbook.

You cannot write to a workbook that is open on another computer, unless the workbook is shared.
