Defining variant within loop: dependent on loop result

HI All,

Essentially I am trying to define a variant within a loop so that it is dependent on part of the loop. I am trying to use the following to dynamically change the first and last cells or an inputted array (partial code shown below). Is there a way to do this as i seem to get an application defined or object defined error. Thanks in advance
