InStr inside a case statement

So just trying to put together a quick little function. It basically picks up the text in a cell and then it will look for certain phrases for the answers.

The code I've got is:

The first line in my sheet has PAYSAFE in it but it still returns no value. Thinking my syntax is slightly off but can't honestly see it. CAn anyone help?
