    Excel to Speak when Number become >0 in a Range of cell

    Dear Experts,

    In the attached File, I have 3 Column i.e. Actual Date, Reference Date & Signal

    Reference Date & Signal won’t be visible for a User (Column Will be Hidden)!

    In Actual Date in When a User input any Date, which results to increase the value to >0 in Signal Column, I would want Excel to Speak as below.

    Modifyto this so that it continues even if excel is 'speaking'

    If column is hidden then you don't really need it, yes ?
