Conditinal Removing of Duplicates

Hi,

Not sure if this is possible, but I want to remove duplicate values in column A, but keep certain values in column F.

So delete one row for Test one but keep the "initial" line.

Unfortunately it is slightly more complicated as would want to have a few "keep" values.

Initial, New Enq & Closed Historic Client.

If I understand correctly you would like to keep only the unique records along with those duplicates that display 'Initial' in column F.
1) Add a helper column, which could be moved and/or hidden for aesthetic purposes, to sheet 1, populated using:

2) Populate sheet 2, the records to be kept, using:

Note that zeros are hidden using conditional formatting.
