Macrp to copy data and paste 1st cell in row 1 ad thereafter every 6th row

I have data on sheet2 in Col P


I would like the data copied from row 2 in Col P and pasted in Col V as folows:

P2 to be copied and pasted in cell V1 and and the items from P3 onwards to be pasted into every 6th row in Col V


I have tried to write code to do this, but it cannot get it to work

Assuming the value from P3 is meant to go in V8 and P4 on V14 etc. then perhaps this will work:
