Compare 2 lists

Hello,

I would like to ask your support regarding comparing 2 lists.
I need to compare the list of Material of worksheet Summary (column B) with the list of Material of worksheet SourceList (column C).
If the Material of worksheet Summary is not exist on worksheet SourceList then I would need a comment ("Material is not exist in the SourceList") on worksheet Summary (at the linked cell, in column D), the background of cell should be red and the font color should be white.

Note: The lastrow of Material (on both worksheets) is changing everyday and more 10.000 materials should be compared in the original file.

Do you have any idea how to do this?
