Automate extraction of contact list info from web pages

I am doing this data entry work. So the thing is I want to Extract Name, Company name and mobile Number from a website
Which has 1828 people and 73 pages. The problem is phone number can be extracted only when i press on "VIEW" tab next to the person. It's Just too much, going inside every Person's profile and copy their details. I need a macro to automate this process. Please help. Thank you.
