Find and Clear certain text from cells

I have VBA code that finds certain text puts it in another cell and then clears the original cell of the specific text. My issue is when the text UL is the first text in a cell with no spaces in front of it the code does not seem to pick it up. If I put a space then UL the code picks it up. Any idea why that is?
