Variable height user-form, with Frame and MultiPage tabs

I have this userform developed by others in this forum. It takes a variable number of cells and shows the data in a user-form. Depending on the number of selected cells, the height of the userform changes (once it gets to 10 values, there is a scroll bar).

There is an added complexity ... there is a MultiPage set of tabs and each tab has its own height.

The code as it stands works fine for me without the MultiPage but I can't find any literature to make it work with the Multipage. I have the set the height of each tab using " Me.MultiPage1.height"

* But it's the top coordinate that I don't know how to set ... and also making space in the UserForm.
