Multiple Dependent Dropdown List

Hi All,

Please see attached, I have a data in 'Database' sheet and a table with multiple dependent dropdown lists in 'Example' sheet (G6:I15). the dropdown lists are taken from data in Database sheet. I have reporting table (E20:I30) which populate data from dropdown table (this is for further calculations). I am going to have another set of dependent dropdown list in E37:G37 and I37:K37 but getting data from Reporting table (G21:I30).

I have used VBA to populate the dropdown lists but I am struggle to populate dropdown lists in E37:G37 and I37:K37 (see VBA code in Module1, ThisWorkbook and sheet4(Example). I have added bit of codes that has Comment Block in ThisWorkbook and sheet4(Example) but did not work. Any idea how to change my original code to populate this.
