Website Data into Excel Cell

Hi All,

I googled this for a bit and it seems people are trying to do stuff much more complicated than what I need. I just need to get the current diesel price off of the following page: https://www.eia.gov/dnav/pet/pet_pri_gnd_dcus_r20_w.htm
Which is line 420 in the html script.
Or if anyone knows the best guide (most computer efficient method) for parsing html that is not specific to one persons case, then I'd like to learn from it since it is a very handy vba tool. Thank you.
