Hide the word (blank) in Pivot Table even if contraction and expansion

    Hi,
    I am facing a problem in Pivot table.It displays (blank) in many cells.I have used conditional formatting but it doesn't worked when Pivot get expanded.Also, giving slightly a single space before word 'blank',it too does not work.

    Can you place a filter on the table so the blanks don't show?

    No.I know that but in my case there a lot in many cells in different columns/rows in which that doesn't work.Hence,I am seeking an alternative.

    It would probably be better if you upload a small (clean) sample workbook (not a pic) of what you are working with, and what your expected outcome would look like.
    1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)

    Just be wary if attaching your pivot table, that even if you delete your source data, the pivot table may still contain the data behind it.

    Thanks all of you for your kind concerns.I have now ultimately found the way to get out of this.I have given a space and deleted the (blank) and that did it for remaining column/cells.This I have to do once for each column data which is little bit troublesome & time consuming.

    If there is more easy way then kindly let me know.

    Sample is attached for your kind reference.

    You should be able to set the conditional formatting for the pivot table based on all cells in the field;
