Create grid of multiple combinations

Not sure if I need a VBA solution or if there's a formulaic way to do this.

If have a list of 400 DeptIDs.
I have a list of 6 Account Codes.

I need a two column table with DeptID on the left and Acct Code on the right, so for each DeptID there should be 6 lines. How do I do this easily in a repeatable fashion (I'll have to do it every week).

Any help is appreciated.
