looping code not working

Hi, i have this set of code in one of my command button. The last part of the code should check for any cell in column J that meets the criteria of having the value "CE" and change the value 3 rows up from "In-Progress" to "Completed". What it is doing now is just changing the first cell that meets the criteria and it stops there. how do i change it so that it will look at the entire column where data exist and do the necessary changing if criteria is met?

Why have you set blankresult to True, which stops your loop, and why do you only do a FindNext if the last value wasn't flagged as In-progress?
