Adjust table length by user input

I am trying have a user's input adjust the number of rows in a table. Ex: User inputs current age (e.g. 40) and wishes to know the results when age 70. While a different user's age is 35 and wishes to know results when age 75. How do I create a function which will expand or contract the table to match the user's input variables?
    Thank you

The suggestion did not create the desire result. May be more challenging than I thought.
    Thanks for the response.

You should always respond to replies so that those trying to help are not left hanging. If the last response did not help, explain what it did/did not do.
