With the following condition =
You can not have the double digits of the pair in formation

2.7
3.8
4.9
5.0
Ex = 6,7,8,9,0 = may
5,9,3,2,1, = may
1,6,3,2,1 = can not because it has the double 1,6 together
Other = 3,8,3,2,1 = can not because it has the double3,8 together
* Objective = is to generate the formations or strings of 5 digits
* You can not have one of the 5 doubles in your formations
* Only one digit in two, ex =
4.9 = or 4 or 9 = 4.9 together and thus with the other 4 double
