macro saves sheet with excel 2016

Hello,
the attached macro is a little dated and was created in 2001 with excel 2000.
He has always done his job with the later versions of excel:

after saving, the "blank" saved sheet opens without colors and macros to be sent as an e-mail.
Up to excel 2010 has always worked, now trying with excel 2016 after you view the saved sheet to send it you have to click on the top:
file> share> mail but unfortunately I do not understand why the file button is blocked.
To be able to send this sheet you have to go "physically" in the created sheet and in this the file button works.

Change in macro1 the save path:

sPath = "C:\Users\massimo\Desktop\salvati"

The problem is only with excel 2016.
The newly created sheet does not have the active toolbar buttons, they are locked.
