Why does not the function return property of the object?

Hello,
If the function returns the object property of the 1st form, how to make it also return from the 2nd?

1st form:

There are situations where we need to know other properties (Enabled. ListIndex, Text etc). And of various objects. For this, it would be practical to know how to make the 2nd form or similar. Tnx.
