Macros: Modify extracted data by removing columns and adding fields.

I have extracted data I need to modify but I need to record macros and apply it every time after the data is being extracted. I need to remove columns from extracted data, sort by Regional Manager, Account Executive and add calculated fields. I attached a sample/ First worksheet includes extracted data, 2nd worksheet includes how I want it to look like, so every time I apply macro, it automatically recreates the format. I am not sure how to go about it.
