Lotus Notes - EMAIL With Attachment - performance and activex Issues

I am a rookie VBA learner and have been learning through various forums . Recently, I created a small utility for myself using Excel 13 and IBM Lotus Notes Client using some of the codes available on various forums to send email

This worked fine for me with some performance issues however it was not enabled to send attachments hence I updated the code to also send attachment . The code worked fine after few attempts ( i was implementing it by borrowing from various forums using hit and trial approach as I am no pro so stay with me !! )

Finally, I am able to successfully test one attempt however after that, every time I run the below code, I fail as the Error message suggest "Activex component cannot create object"

Request you to have a look at my code and suggest correction or improvements. Please note that this code has been able to send a test mail successfully however certainity of this script is a question and now its not able to create a mail document. I am assuming that this is because the system is creating email with attachment and which is taking time at back end hence the code is posing this issue. I leave it here for you all to guide. Last but not least, I know the code is quick and dirty so any suggestion to achieve the same function but in a smart way like a pro will be highly helpful.Attachment of my excel file as well.
