Deleting Rows VBA

Hi Team,

I have found a VBA code to delete rows in a protected sheet but this doesnt work for me as I am still getting an error that I cant delete rows as there are locked cells. I have locked cells in each row but I want to give options to users to delete rows if they dont need it. How can I achieve this. Below is the code I am using but doesnt work for me

I researched more and found out that I can assign this code to a Button or keyboard shortcut and it will work but is it possible to use the default Delete option to delete rows with locked cells in protected sheet?
