Identify different cells value within sheet

Hello Experts,

Request you to help me tweak the code,

The attached file identifies duplicate rows & highlight those rows.


we have a different requirement where in we have to identify those cells of the row which are not same.
for example row 1 & row 9 have different data and row 4 & row8 have different data

so only those cells should be highlighted which have different values, for example Red color is highlighted

Unique Identifier is Column A data, on the basis of this their respective cells should be checked.

The sheet will have around 8 lakhs data & 200 columns to be compared.

Please assist
