Filter not working on data which import from web to Excel

heloo experts
attahced herewith one excel file
the data in this file in exported from web live
if you go to data and refresh then data will automatically get refreshed
my problem is
i want to do filter in that file
for example i select "abirami" in filter it shows all abirami's data
after that if i click refresh for updates
filter comes out and showing all data
i hope you undersatnd my problem
