Paste row A1 above each separated table in Sheet1

I've created a Macro that inserts blank rows upon data change in column D, but now I need to bring the header row (A1) and paste it above each of the separated "tables". This needs to be dynamic though and i'm not sure how to write it.

Thanks man that works, but I need it to stop after the third paste command. right now it's pasting a header at the very end of the all three tables. Or maybe just delete the very last row in the sheet now?

    Try this

If that doesn't resolve the problem, then you'll need to upload a sample workbook

Fluffy13 that code puts the headers as the very last row now.
Attached is a sample workbook of our basic layout.
Column D is typically the column that we used to split the data.

This stops the header going in as the last row

Your code was pasting the header in seemingly random rows in the sheet. not really sure what it was doing
