Add page break before cell which contains specific text

I tried many different ways and have not been able to be successful. I am not sure what is the best approach either. My goal is to add a page break before each cell which contains "MBU:" It just so happens that MBU: is the first 4 characters, but I would rather know how to do it if the cell contains the characters anywhere in the cell. I tried a find and replace as well. This is my current itteration of the attempt. I would appreciate any help. Thank you.
