GetDetailOf is unable to retrieve Comments property

Hi,

I am using the bellow code to retrieve the comments property of a closed workbook.

It does retrieve the Comments but I noticed if the comments text contains more than 1000 characters ,it does not work (does not retrieve the comments at all).

Is there a way around?
I am using Shell for this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
