Macro will not run on other laptops

I created this macro to import data from a word document into Excel. I created in 2016 and my users getting an error are on 2013. I am new to VBA. It works for me on my laptop.

What are the error messages the user is getting and also have them click on debug and advise which line of code is highlighted when they get the error message. Knowing this will help to diagnose the issue.
