how to browse through internet explorer site

Hi all,

After getting into the website internet explorer, i have list of Headers available. i dont have to click it, but when i hover over on one of the header
it will show further list, again when i hover over on the one of the listed, i will get further list.

if i click on one of those listed, i will get the result page.

please find the attached file for more details.
