Fill userform from row based on unique value in one column

I've built a userform to display all the details of a case; I want users to punch the unique ID to each customer into an input box (the value is stored in column J of the table on the tracking sheet), and fill the textboxes off that row.

I know how to display values off a specific cell to a textbox; but I'm pretty weak on variables. How do I build the code for the textbox to display the value off the same row as the unique number the user enters?

I've attached my working example with dummy lines of data. (The final form will have over 40 textboxes, which I can match to code. I really just need one example.)
