stack multiple columns

I have 3 columns, and I want to use Match and Offset for stack this columns.

Example:

Item Location Product
A 11 a15
B 11 a15
C 12 a13
D 13 a17
E 15


I need it to look like this:

A 11 a15
B 11 a15
C 12 a13
D 13 a17
E 15
A 11 b15
B 11
C 12 b18
D 13
E 15 b20
A 11 c5
B 11 c5
C 12 c5
D 13 c6
E 15 c7
