Search in a 6x6 using first two characters by comparing to first two characters in column

So I'm trying to use a find function to look at the first cell that meets a condition in a column (F2:F25) (I've got that part locked in, I have the correct ActiveCell selected in my formula) then try to find a cell in a 6x6 range that initially will match but will be modified over time. The first two characters in the 6x6 (X1:AC6) will always stay the same, however, and no other cell in that range will have identical first two characters. On a match it needs to change its cell color to blue, which I've got locked in as well. Just having difficulty with the find portion. I thought using either like or instr would work but haven't had any luck so far.

Is there a good way to do this?
