I'm not even sure this is possible and I can't even think of the phrase needed to investigate a solution so any support would be great.
I would like to take the information from the list in Stage 1 and include a Macro/VBA which would then organise the information for each Supervisor into Stage 2. Where each Supervisor is listed once and in their row is listed all the students they have working with them.
In my example James, Charlotte and Matt all have Supervisor 1, so Supervisor 1 would have 3 students in their row. While the rest of the Supervisors have 1 student. Supervisors could have up to 10 students each hence the columns for up to 10 students in Stage 2.
Any direction would be appreciated.
