    Adding/Merging new table under existing table

    Hi there,

    I can't find a solution for my task. I want to transfer data from worksheet A to worksheet B.
    By clicking a button, the inserted data in A shall disappear and a new table shall be created under exting ones in B.
    So that every time someone enters new data, the form in A is empty and new tables are added as a new table below old ones in B. I hope someone gets what I am trying to do...
    would really appreciate help. I am really stuck on this one.

    Attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

    Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
    Surround your VBA code with CODE tags e.g.;
    [CODE]your VBA code here[/CODE]
    The # button in the forum editor will apply CODE tags around your selected text.

    Omg. thank you a thousand times! You are gold!
    Can you tell me how to include the participants as well in the collapsed table ? After hitting the button you can still see the participants. And 2 rows are collapsed.

    I showed the basis. In my view, the file is not well organized. You start from the layout and not from the functionality. And I can not help you with that.
