Return a list from a dropdown choice but it is needed in multiple rows

Hi All,

I am new to this and still a novice when it comes to Excel and VBA!!!

I have a database, something like this..... (please see attachment) (AAA just represents other data on the sheet but is not relevant here)

In the 1st tab "Example" there is a drop down list in "C" (Pathways) and based on that choice I need it to populate "D" with the list of relevant courses.

I have worked out how to do it (See 2nd tab "Pathways") but as it uses absolute referencing I can not then replicate it for Person B in the rows below and so on...

There is a list of about 400 people on this list so I need something that is easy to use without having to change the formula for each one. This list is updated daily with new people etc... so again its needs to be easy to replicate!!!

Excel formulas or VBA is fine, whatever works!!! I have just run out of ideas so any help is greatly appreciated.
