Combine data from multiple columns to single column (Format changes)

    Hi friends,

I am trying to combine multiple columns to single column and having a bit trouble with it at 2 places.

1- Combining 2 columns (1st column with discount % and 2nd with Discount (In Rupees)) into a single column. I do get the combined result but not the format. what I get is 0.1 (Instead of 10%) and Rs 10 (Instead of Rs 10.00)

2-Combining 3 columns (1st column With Batch Number, 2nd column with Manufacture date and 3rd with Expiry date). Here also the date format changes. Mfg date and Exp date are in MMM-YY formate but after combining them to single column the format changes to dd/mm/yyyy
