I have one worksheet with 3000 names and another with 100 names, I was wondering if you can recommend how I can filter out all of the 2900 names on the one worksheet which are not on the other.
I have one worksheet with 3000 names and another with 100 names, I was wondering if you can recommend how I can filter out all of the 2900 names on the one worksheet which are not on the other.
What do you mean by "filter out"? Do you want to remove the 2900 names that are not included in the list of 100 names? What are the sheet names of each sheet and in which column in each sheet are the names?
You can say "THANK YOU" for help received by clicking the Star symbol at the bottom left of the helper's post.
Practice makes perfect. I'm very far from perfect so I'm still practising.
By filter out I mean what you said, deleting the ones that do not match the other sheet.
The sheet that has the large list is named "StudentBody" and the smaller one is "PERTStudents"
