Application.Speech: Text2Speech, change language

Dear all:
I am using Excel's text2speech module. Excel Version is 2013 and 2016, system language is German. As long as I issue German text, all's well. Unfortunately I do have to issue text pieces in ENglish and French from time to time. How would I go about it, without changing system-wide language settings? There seems to be no obvious way to to this.

Please advise.
