Depending on the cell value from some book, put 1 or 0 in a cell from other book

Hi everyone.

I Have 2 files.
Book1 is my database.
In the book2 is where i need the help.
In this, depending on the last cell value from the book1, i need put 1 or 0 in determinate cell that has some conditions according the data that coming from the book1.

The book1 always is reciving data. Always is changing.

The book2 needs updatating each week to make reports, so each week must made and save reports and "clean" the worksheet.

Other thing. The " 1 ", needs remain where condition was true, and make a sum if there are more than 1. Right now, the conditions works . Always put "1" when is true... but delete the others, and put "0"

Is possible made a macro or vbs script with this information?
