Userform that changes workbook to read/write without closing userform

I am creating a series of user forms that will be how people can access and add information to our Businesses work order log. I need it to switch between read only and read write without closing the user form.

Set the Showmodal property of the userform to False.

what is your goal? You want to access the worksheet without closing the Userform?

I want to change the read write of the workbook so that the userform can be used to change the workbook without people actually seeing the workbook.

still not sure that you mean with read/write, but to hide the worksheet while userform is loaded and to make it visible after terminating the userform

Currently when you open the file it opens the userform and the workbook is not visible and read only mode. There is a button on the userform to switch to Read/Write but when you click it the workbook is visible again, witch is not what i want.
