Create PieChart with given Template in VBA

Hi guys,

i have programmed successfully a macro which creates a barchart out of data.
But i have big Problems with piecharts.

The User should only press a button and the piechart with a saved template in a specific Folder is getting created. The Connection with the template is important.
Can you help me with that Piece of code?
You can try your solution in the Excel-file below. I also uploaded the PieChart-Template which i want to use in the creating process of the piechart.
I appreciate any help.
