    Auto-populating Multiple Pivot Tables

Hello, have a fun one here where I am trying to automate auto-populating multiple pivot tables. My challenge is, the way I set up the coding does not allow for multiple selections within a set criteria (such as "Level") so am looking to see if this could be coded better.

The attached is a much simplified version, but gives the general idea, where if I wanted to select all females at levels 2 and 3, the macro will not work because it reads the selection as "Multiple Items" versus using the two selected options. Any suggestions on how to best set up?

    Thank you.

Are you trying to set filters on multiple pivot tables at the same time? If so, and if the data is all from the same source, then you can use Slicers and link them to all the tables. No VBA required. Do a web search on slicers: they are very intuitive and they look cool.

One spreadsheet to rule them all. One spreadsheet to find them. One spreadsheet to bring them all and at corporate, bind them.

A picture is worth a thousand words, but a sample spreadsheet is more likely to be worked on.

Thank you, slicers were a great way to go! When I am back at my PC, will mark this resolved and add a reputation for you.
    Thanks,
