Excel VBA to find Duplicate Entries with multiple column combination and Display Rows Numb

Dear all,
I have a sample data as shown in attached file and i am trying to develop VBA code to identify duplicate entries in column 'A' and 'B' put together.
A message box must display with duplicate values and their row numbers (as shown box).
By using formulas and conditional formatting we can identify duplicates and I never tried VBA coding this way before. Can anyone please help me with logic/code.?

I have around 1000 rows data is similar way and i am sorry if its too challenging to develop.
