Creating new rows based on Criteria and populating them

I have a sheet that runs a macro to populate all data,

however I have another tab I need populating based on the results of the LeeMerge tab.

Date S Day Start Date E End WORKING HOURS Night Day Sat Sun
    Peace Igodifo 03/09/2018 Mon 19:30 04/09/2018 08:00 11.50 9.00 2.50 0.00 0.00

    This is on one tab
I need tab Completed to populate so the hours are on each line.

    for example

Peace Igodifo 03/09/2018 Mon Night 9.00
Peace Igodifo 03/09/2018 Mon Day 2.50

Thats what the above example would produce.

I have included an updated example sheet that includes the leemerge tab and the completed tab showing expected output.

    I appreciate everyones help

Re: Creating new rows based on Criteria and populating them

Here is a formula based proposal. I realize that it needs some 'cleaning up' especially as it relates to formulas that I gave you earlier that need to round to zero. I will have to get back to the 'clean up' later.
There are numerous formulas involved in columns AN:AW on the LeeMergeSheet as well as the four formulas (those in columns A:B are the same just dragged) on the Completed sheet. I will answer questions about them individually if you want to know how they work.
