I am looking to create a template with a combination of drop down options, checkbox and free format text. I am looking for the selected/input information to another cell. However, I am having trouble with the VBA (It's all new to me). I have attach the Excel document below.
In short, I am looking for the information from cells E12 and E13 to copy to cell C30 but only when the checkbox is clicked. I need similar function for the other checkboxes but once I sort one I can use the same function and amend the target cells.
The Generate Alert button will used to display and copy the finalised information. I have used simple formulas to copy this info so far but I am struggling with the VBA for the checkboxes. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
