what is the VBA codes for multi-selected field

Tools concatenated into a single cell
If you click on Create Project, you see that now you can select the tools needed to complete the project. Once you click on request project and send notification, an email pops up with the data that was inputted into the form. Because the tools field is a multi-selection, I need the selections to concatenate into a single cell so it can be visible on the email, and in the assigned projects tab.

Feedback Email
We want to receive feedback from the category and sourcing managers in order to improve the program. Once a project is complete, we want the lead to click the “request feedback” check box in the assigned projects tab, and have that click trigger a macro that sends an email to the requestor with the questions to answer. I’ve found some answers on the internet that leads me to believe this is possible, but I haven’t been successful in getting it to work.
