Converting Weekly to Data and then re-formatting

I have raw data by Product and by Customer on a weekly level. I need to A) convert this to daily with simply the weekly volumes divide by 7
and B) convert the daily to a required format

As for step A, paste the following into cell J4, copy across to W4 and then down to W7: =IF(J$3<$F$3,$E4/7,$F4/7)
As for step B, it is hard to recommend without knowing the version of Excel that you are using. For 2016 and newer may recommend Power Query, while for 2010 and 2013 may recommend AGGREGATE based formulas and for the older ones recommend array entered formulas.
